My passion for the automotive industry has always been a part of my life. I am thankful to be able to continue and grow that passion by being a part of team Autosafe - a wholly Australian-owned, family-run business focused on providing premium automotive safety solutions. As a customer service representative, my daily mission is to assist clients in making informed choices about our products, ensuring they meet their specific needs, and to have a great experience with us from the first phone call. With an extensive range of products, including cargo barriers and various van shelving and industry-specific fitout options, this gives me the tools to not only to work towards my mission, but to provide our customers with a premium product and enhance their safety whilst on the road. Having multiple family members in the automotive industry has, over time, built my appreciation and passion for this field. At Autosafe, I’m able to combine my personal interests with my work, knowing our products contribute to making vehicles safer for all our clients. Being part of a family business is truly rewarding; It allows me to learn and gain new knowledge each day through the application of family-like values—Respect, Integrity, and Humility, to name a few.
