Australia Post presented Autosafe with a unique set of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements, including the need for a perfectly level floor. This challenge allowed Autosafe to showcase its innovative approach to safety and functionality.
For this fleet build, Autosafe designed a bespoke sliding door partition that incorporates a wide access door, facilitating easy movement between the cabin and cargo area. To enhance safety, the partition is equipped with a proximity sensor that triggers an alarm if the door is open while the vehicle is in motion.
Additionally, the installation includes Autosafe’s custom grab handles, specialized lighting, and a protection plate, all tailored to meet Australia Post’s stringent OH&S standards.
